Isolated customer environment
Each customer maps to an isolated stack. Workspace configuration, tasks, outputs, memory, connection references, permission decisions, and execution evidence remain separately scoped; credentials stay in Vault.
Guarded—not unrestricted
External effects depend on connector availability, module policy, permissions, guardrails, real-effect switches, approvals, idempotency, and proof. AI output and untrusted content cannot increase their own authority.

01Is Atlas a general public AI chat product?
No. It is a controlled private-beta operations workspace for governed work, connected accounts, memory, and approvals.
02Does every action require approval?
No. Permissions can be Off, Ask, or Allow. Consequential actions proceed only when the full connector, policy, guardrail, real-effect, approval, and proof path permits them.
03Does Solstera include the AI provider account?
No. Customers bring supported AI and provider accounts and remain responsible for those providers’ charges and terms.
04Is Atlas the same as Atlas One?
No. Atlas One is a separate private proving surface and is not the customer product described here.
